Assistant Superintendent:
Russellville Country Club is a traditional country club built in 1926 and renovated in 1998. The course has bent grass greens and Bermuda tees and fairways.
 
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Superintendent to make daily decisions.
-Fertilizing, chemical application, and assigning daily tasks to staff.
-Planning and executing maintenance projects.
-Ordering products, checking payroll, and hiring new team members.
-Constructing a budget and helping stay on budget.
-Knowledge of irrigation systems and repair.
-Work every other weekend.
 
Education:
-2-to-4-year degree in Turf Management.
-Obtain Arkansas Chemical License within 90 days unless already licensed in Arkansas.
 
Benefits:
-$35,000.00-$45,000.00 salary
-Insurance for individual
-2 Week paid vacation after 90 days.
-State and National dues paid to GCSAA.

-Any and All repairs necessary.
-Track service and all repair work.
-When not doing mechanic work assisting on golf course.
-Work every other weekend.
 
Experience:
2-3 years in this field preferred.

We are currently seeking a part time Golf Cart Attendant/Bag Attendant to assist our members and guests with our golf facilities and equipment to ensure a quality experience, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Cart attendants work under the supervision of the Head Golf Professional, and perform routine tasks involving maintaining golf cart and range conditions and attending to golf bags.

Responsibilities
• Acknowledges and greets all members and their guests, ensuring they are provided the highest standard of service. Fields member or guest concerns and/or directs them to a supervisor for resolution.
• Provides proper assistance with cart handling and loading/unloading clubs on golf carts
• Maintains the golf cart fleet by performing daily duties including: cleaning and preparing carts, stocking cart amenities (towels, tees, pencils, scorecards, etc.), removing trash after each use, ensuring proper fuel or power to carts, inspecting each cart for mechanical problems and reporting any mechanical issues (including brakes, tires, bag straps, steering, etc.) in a timely manner
• Maintains the driving range and equipment in proper condition by performing daily duties including: ensuring an adequate level of range balls, collecting, cleaning or delivering balls, tee alignment, maintaining clean water in club cleaner and ball washer, ball picking, culling of cracked or damaged range balls
• Ensures continuity of customer service by training other cart attendants as needed
• Other related duties may be assigned

Requirements
• Ability to perform moderately physically demanding work for sustained periods of time throughout work shift
• Ability to lift and move objects (average weight 35-50 lbs.) and repetitive motion and activities such as walking, standing, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting, carrying, etc.
• Must be able to tolerate working outside in hot temperatures and adverse environmental conditions such as dirt, dust, pollen, humidity, rain, and temperature extremes
• Must have a valid driver's license to operate golf carts

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, and prior golf country club and/or hospitality experience is preferred but not required

Work Hours
Monday through Sunday, morning and afternoon shifts

Pay Rate: $11.00 an Hour
